In response to the recent COVID-19 (Coronavirus) we wanted to provide an update of our health and safety protocols. We are taking extra precautions to keep our clients and staff healthy and aware.

Procedures that we have always performed for health and safety for you and our staff:

Use of an autoclave on all metal instruments/tools that are used during all services.
All tools that cannot be sterilized are disposed of.
All areas are wiped and sterilized with a hospital grade PreEmpt sterilizer after every client.
Laundry is changed after every client.
We have strict hand washing policies.
Gloves are used during all hair removal procedures with exposed skin.
Gloves and masks are also used in services when the skin is exposed in medical services such as microneedling, dermaplaning, glass facial, peels and microdermabration.

New Safety Restrictions due to Covid-19:

We ask that clients show up no more than 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to limit the amount of people in the spa.
If it is your first visit since we had to close down we will have a waiver and prescreen questionnaire for you to fill out. After your first visit we will just ask if your symptoms have changed or not and have you initial a separate form.
We ask that you stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms of an illness.
We ask that if you are purchasing product, please do so through our online store: shopaeonianyqr.ca and we can make arrangements for in-store pickup.
If the door to our spa is locked, please wait patiently and we will let you in as soon as possible.
When you enter the spa, we will have masks and hand sanitizer for you to use. This will be mandatory for everyone including our staff.
Before and after every service the spa will be wiped down and sanitized, this will include rooms, washroom, reception and any other high traffic area. This is to keep our clients and staff safe.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot allow any prolonged visiting after your service. As much as we enjoy your company this will only put the next service behind schedule.
To rebook, we ask that you do this online or by phone. For now we have put a different schedule in place which requires approval upon booking. Please be patient with us as we navigate through this with you.
As always, your technician will continue proper hand washing before and after your service.
