d3h Hotels has partnered with the best of the best restaurants, attractions and more in various city's across Saskatchewan and Alberta to provide our hotel guests, and our Travel Agent partners clients, an opportunity to experience local businesses while getting a great deal. Our hotel guests are constantly asking us where they can go and what they can do while visiting our city's and we want to promote local businesses as part of this opportunity.

1. Guests purchase an Explore Pass for $27 at any d3h Hotel location or through a Travel Agent Partner. 2. They browse through our Explore Partners to learn about where they can redeem their Explore Pass. 3. They choose their favourite vendor and present their Explore Pass to receive the offer.

Once you've submitted your offer, our team will create your unique landing page and send you an email with a free training guide for your staff and the URL for your landing page to review.

Everytime a guest redeems an Explore Pass at your establishment, you will be reimbursed $25. The additional $2 charged for the pass will be used for the printing of the tickets, marketing and administration of the program. We want to set you up for success on Day 1 so we've created resources for you to use. You will receive: - One-page training guide for your staff - Free marketing on our social pages - Your own unique landing page showcasing your offer on ExplorePass.ca

For every Explore Pass redeemed at your business, you will be reimbursed $25. You need to create an offer of value for ExplorePass.ca. The offer must have a $35 value at minimum to entice customers to visit your location. The higher the discount, the more redemptions you will probably receive. You can also create offers that are valued at more than 1 Explore Pass. For example 2 Explore Passes ($50 reimbursement) = $70 minimum retail value 3 Explore Passes ($75 reimbursement) = $105 minimum retail value 4 Explore Passes ($100 reimbursement) = $140 minimum retail value Offer must be valid to redeem until June 30, 2022.

You will receive $25 back everytime someone redeems an Explore Pass at your business. Each Explore Pass has a unique identifying code. We ask that you tear off the smaller side of the pass and keep it. Once a month. photocopy the ticket stubs, with the code visible, and send an invoice explorepass@d3h.ca or mail to: d3h Hotels 1139 8th Street East Saskatoon, SK S7H 0S3 Payment will be made within 30-45 days after the invoice is received.

We will begin distributing the new Explore Passes by June 1, 2021 and the passes will expire June 30, 2022. During that time, you are able to change your offer but we would ask that you keep an offer open until the expiration date of the program. Explore Passes that were sold in 2020 and up to June 30, 2021 are no longer valid. Please ensure you check the date of expiry when redeeming passes.
